- The UK & Ireland were home to 15 PE-backed deals in the technology and telecommunications sectors during February marking a downtick of one transaction from the previous month and taking the annual tally to 31 transactions.
- One sub-sector was home to almost half of the dealflow: software & services. Regionally, Greater London noted over half of the deal activity.
- In terms of deal types, growth equity deals led the way with 13 transactions.
We expect to see a significant increase in March as per the trend of the last few years.
