Babble acquires Cloudstream Technology! Venture Corporate Finance completes its FOURTH IT Transaction of 2023
Venture Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Cloudstream Technology during the recent successful sale of its IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) business to Babble. The specialist IT corporate finance company provided advisory support to the shareholders, throughout the whole process to ensure a successful due diligence and transaction process.

Cloudstream is an MSP business that has more than 350 customers across Scotland, the North of England and Northern Ireland.
