Babble the leading British Cloud Comms, Contact, Cyber & Mobile business. That is transforming how ambitious businesses use next-generation technology… has today announced the acquisition of Basildon-based mobile services provider ADSI.
ADSI serves 4,650 customers across the South-East of England and London with 30,000 O2 mobile connections. This will add huge scale to Babble’s Mobile division, making them the UK’s second largest O2 dealer. Existing Babble customers will benefit from this new expertise as well. Gaining access to ADSI’s market-leading Vision integrated operating platform.
All staff members will join the Babble team and bring fresh insights and experience. Adrian Spreadborough, ADSI CEO, remains in a consultancy capacity to ensure a smooth transition.
