With our dedicated process our aim is to find you a suitable and agreeable acquisition target from a little as 3 months but no later than 5 months from our engagement.

As part of understanding who you are and how you will financially acquire a business we will support you with raising funds if required. That could either be from Private Equity, through a specialist lender or through a high street bank focussed on lending to our sector.

This is really the key to M&A and a well thought through integration strategy with execution will ensure that you maximise the assets that you have just acquired.

Month 7 to 12
Either look for support from an external integration specialist or ensure that you have a full project management team set-up to support the integration of the new people, systems, customers and infrastructure.
Once the first acquisition has been completed you will have a better understanding of the process and journey to complete a deal and we will have a building warm lead base ready for you. This will allow us to move forward with acquisition 2 quicker and with more confidence.

We offer you the opportunity to host an event with dedicated opportunities and become a part of our speaker events programme.
With a buy and build strategy it starts with finding the opportunities but some not be ready just yet for your business so we need to maintain those for next year or maybe 2 to 3 years later. What we will do though is develop your pipeline of opportunities so that you are ready with "profile opportunities" when you need them.
Do you need helping growing the size of your business and significantly increasing the business valuation?
As buy and build strategies are more complex we will involve our research, marketing teams along with a dedicated senior advisor and a dedicated transaction expert.
In the unlikely event that you do not find a target within 5 months we will look to you to decide if you want to continue with the process or if you want to cancel your contract with us. Our goals are the same that we want you to acquire a target and help you grow so its in our interests to ensure we are putting suitable opportunities in front of you as quickly as possible.
The first 6 weeks of this programme is FREE of CHARGE.
That allows us to develop the proposition, understand your business and also start preparing targets. After 6 weeks we would look to sign commercial agreements on a monthly term along with a success fee for completed transactions
